We collect the minimum data needed to run the championship: organization contacts, coach and member names, birth dates and national IDs (encrypted at rest) for eligibility. Payment card data never touches our servers — it is handled by Paymob.
Data is retained for the season plus two years for certificates and audits, then deleted.
